Taking 2 practices this quarter
Helping healthcare, wellness and beauty practice owners turn website visitors into booked appointments.
Branding, web design and AI SEO for healthcare, wellness and beauty practice owners who want a steady stream of new patients on autopilot — without adding more work to their plate.
“Working with Spreenge was a smooth, collaborative, and incredibly efficient experience from start to finish.”
What we do
Everything your website needs to turn clicks into patients.
We build the website so you can focus entirely on running your clinic, studio or salon.
Healthcare brand strategy & identity
How your practice looks, sounds and is recognised — before a single page is designed.
Custom patient-converting web design
Built around the decision a patient is actually making, not dropped into a template.
AI search optimisation
Structured so ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI can identify your practice and recommend it by name.
Automated scheduling & EHR integration
Jane, Cliniko, Acuity and similar tools wired in, so booking happens without your front desk.
Conversion rate optimisation & copywriting
Words drafted from an interview with you, then tested against what visitors actually do.
Local SEO & Google Business Profile
Profile, citations, on-page structure and schema, so you appear when someone searches nearby.
How it works
Three steps. Four weeks.
Strategy & discovery
We analyse your practice, your patients and your current booking process to map a clear conversion strategy. No lengthy questionnaires required.
Design & copywriting
We write the patient messaging and design a modern, mobile-first layout built to drive appointments and show your brand authority.
Booking integration & launch
We connect your scheduling software, run diagnostics across every device, and launch so you convert visitors from day one.
How we work
Senior-led, first call to launch.
The person who scopes your project is the person who designs it. No handover, no translation loss.

- Hourly billing, and a scope that keeps moving

Objections
Still got questions?
Is the site compliant with Ontario accessibility law?
Yes. We build to WCAG 2.0 AA, which is what AODA requires of Ontario organisations — proper contrast, keyboard navigation, labelled forms and readable text at every size.
Do you handle patient data or booking information?
We do not store or process patient data. Booking runs through your own scheduling provider, so personal health information stays inside the system you already use and your PHIPA obligations do not change.
Can it connect to our existing booking or EMR system?
In most cases yes — Jane, Cliniko, Acuity, Calendly and similar tools embed directly. Tell us what you run and we will confirm before you commit to anything.
How much does a healthcare website cost?
Most clinic websites land between $3,000 and $8,000. Where you sit depends on how many pages you need, whether we integrate your booking or EMR system, and how much of the content we write for you.
